Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise welding processes, ensuring technical compliance and continuous improvement in a metalworking environment. Key Highlights: 1. A metalworking company, through its growth and expansion strategy, seeks to hire a **Welding Engineer**. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise welding processes in an industrial manufacturing environment. Develop and update welding procedures (WPS), specifications, and welder qualifications (WPQ). Ensure technical compliance of work with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 3834, EN 1090\). Monitor weld quality through visual inspection and non-destructive testing. Provide technical support to production teams and collaborate in resolving non-conformities. Participate in continuous process improvement and the implementation of new welding technologies. Support internal and external audits related to quality and certifications. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or a related field. Relevant training and/or certification (e.g., IWE/EWE – International/EU Welding Engineer) is highly desirable. Prior experience in an industrial metalworking environment. Knowledge of welding- and metal fabrication-related standards and certifications. Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
