Exposure to a continuously growing industry **The Folks**, with 6 locations across Lisbon, is currently recruiting a **Server** to join its team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greeting and assisting customers in the dining area; * Presenting the menu and addressing customer inquiries; * Taking and relaying orders; * Serving food and beverages at the table; * Transporting beverages and dishes to tables; * Clearing and resetting tables; * Assisting with organization and cleaning of the workspace; * Collaborating with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure high-quality service; * Opening and closing the cash register; **We Offer:** * Employment contract; * 40 working hours per week; * 2 rotating days off per week; * Attractive working schedule; * Base salary \+ meal allowance (Meal Card: €10.20/day worked) \+ holiday allowance \+ Christmas allowance; * Additional income from *tips* and performance-based bonuses; * Daily breakfast provided; * Integration into a dynamic team and collaborative work environment; * The opportunity to deepen your knowledge of the **specialty coffee** world and learn daily within this continuously growing industry. **Requirements:** * Hospitality experience is valued but not mandatory; * Strong communication skills and willingness to learn; * **Good command of English**, sufficient to communicate with customers and understand their orders and requests; * Proficiency in **Portuguese** is highly valued; * Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset; * Valid identification document: Citizen Card, Residence Permit, or Letter of Interest accompanied by Passport \+ NISS/NIF; * **Availability to work across multiple/rotating locations (Alfama, Sé, Blue Street, Baixa Chiado, Belém, and Santos);** * **Immediate availability is ideal.** If you meet the above requirements, please submit your application.
