Europapel bases its strategy on sustained production grounded in product quality and reliability, as well as strict adherence to agreed terms—such as pricing and delivery deadlines. **About the position:** We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Production Assistant to join our industrial team. You will be responsible for supporting manufacturing activities, preparing materials, operating basic machinery, and ensuring the production process runs efficiently and with high quality. If you are inclined toward hands-on work, demonstrate responsibility, and enjoy working in a team, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Assist in production operations according to established procedures; * Prepare raw materials and supplies for the production process; * Safely operate simple machines and equipment; * Perform visual quality inspections of products; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; * Monitor material stock levels within the production area; * Follow occupational safety regulations and industrial best practices; * Participate in safety and quality training sessions; * Report anomalies, failures, or deviations to your supervisor; * Meet production targets and established deadlines. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a production assistant, factory worker, or in similar roles is desirable; * Completed or ongoing secondary education; * Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); * Physical fitness suitable for manual labor and prolonged standing; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment; * Availability to work standard business hours and occasional overtime. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industries such as automotive, food, chemical, or textile; * Basic knowledge of safety standards (NR-12); * Technical course in production or related fields; * Occupational safety certifications; * Immediate availability to start. **Publication Date:** May 31, 2026 Salary: €3,811.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Health insurance * Transportation allowance * Company mobile phone * Remote work Work Location: On-site
