Your role is fundamental in delivering a positive experience. Empathy is key here. You must actively listen to customers’ needs, answer questions, and resolve issues efficiently and courteously. Your smile will make all the difference! **Replenishment:** Proper organization and adequate stock of products are essential to our store’s success. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring shelves are always fully stocked and well-organized. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to work quickly and accurately. **Fresh Food:** The fresh food departments — including butcher shop, deli, bakery, fruits and vegetables, fishmonger, and cafeteria — are the heart of our store.
