#### **About the Senior Quality Analyst Role**
We are seeking a **Quality Analyst** to work integrally across **quality management, internal quality, and after-sales**, assuming a highly dynamic role within a lean organizational structure.
The position consolidates activities previously handled by two professionals — ranging from maintaining the quality management system and handling nonconformities to customer service, technical support, and warranty analysis.
The professional will have direct contact with **automotive manufacturing customers**, primarily large groups linked to the agribusiness sector; strong communication skills, analytical capability, and experience managing quality-related demands are essential.
### **Main Responsibilities**
* Operate the **quality management system**;
* Provide customer service and interface with customers;
* Work in the **technical support** area;
* Monitor and manage quality indicators;
* Conduct and follow up on **internal audits**;
* Handle and track **nonconformities**;
* Develop and maintain documentation related to the quality management system;
* Perform maintenance and calibration of instruments;
* Work in **internal quality**;
* Carry out **after-sales** activities;
* Perform warranty analysis;
* Recommend and handle customer requests;
* Participate in activities related to **APQP** methodologies;
* Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process and documentation development;
* Interact with various operational departments as required by business needs.
This is an administrative and technical position that requires flexibility to operate across different levels, including direct interaction with operations.
### **Requirements**
* Completed bachelor’s degree in **Quality or related fields**;
* Professional experience of **3 to 5 years in Quality**;
* Experience in **manufacturing industry**, preferably in the **metallurgical, metal-mechanical, or automotive sectors**;
* Experience serving and handling requests from **automotive manufacturers / major customers**;
* Knowledge of **APQP**;
* Experience with quality management systems;
* Knowledge of audits, quality indicators, and nonconformity handling;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Intermediate level of **English**, primarily for reading, writing, and participating in meetings. Language proficiency can be further developed over time.
### **Preferred Qualifications**
* Knowledge or experience in **hydraulics**;
* Experience with **machining, welding, painting, and assembly processes**;
* Prior experience in industrial environments involving metal-mechanical processes;
* Familiarity with quality management systems;
* Knowledge of the **Proteus (MRP)** system is a plus, as is experience with the quality management system used by the organization.
