Within the Social Affairs / Payroll Department, the Payroll Manager is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing in compliance with French legislation.
He/she supervises team activities and ensures continuous skill development.
**Detailed Responsibilities:**
* Client support and advisory services
* Collection of payroll variables from clients (absences, illnesses, salary increases, etc.)
* Drafting of employment contracts and amendments
* Payroll processing in accordance with statutory and contractual social legislation
* Processing of data required by external organizations: URSSAF, Pôle emploi, pension funds, etc.
* Updating documents mandated by statutory and regulatory provisions
* Consultation of collective bargaining agreements and company agreements
* Continuous monitoring of legislative developments
**Required Profile:**

**Technical Skills:**
* Knowledge of French social legislation and legal requirements regarding remuneration
* Solid understanding of social security law, as well as the roles and operations of social institutions and organizations
* Proficiency in Silae and/or Open Paye is an advantage.
