We're counting on your energy **Rotating Equipment Technical Authority** **Bring your curiosity and passion into action.** You will joint the Industrial business unit that includes the refining, logistics, and cogeneration activities in the Iberian Peninsula, as well as the project to transform the Sines refinery through green hydrogen and biofuels. **About your future Team** Define and drive the preventive maintenance strategy (time\-based and condition\-based) for electrical equipment, guided by predictive monitoring and data\-driven analysis, to ensure equipment availability and reliability. **How will your Day\-to\-Day look like:** * Define and update the preventive maintenance strategy (time and condition\-based), monitoring equipment through predictive systems and issuing recommendations upon early failure detection. * Drive the development and improvement of existing and new predictive maintenance systems. * Act as refinery\-wide Technical Authority, leading risk analysis and the most complex, high\-impact Root Cause Analyses. * Influence operational and OEM teams to ensure timely execution of recommended maintenance actions. * Manage predictive maintenance contracts and own the reliability and availability performance of monitored equipment. * Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise input for non\-technical audiences, including leadership. **What makes you Unique:** * Advanced technical knowledge of rotating equipment and relevant industry standards (e.g. API 610, 682, 670; ISO 18436 vibration analysis). * Expertise in predictive maintenance, including condition\-based monitoring and machine learning diagnostics. * Strong analytical and data\-driven decision\-making skills, including Root Cause Analysis proficiency. * Contract management skills for technical systems. * Ownership mindset and accountability for equipment reliability. * Ability to simplify complex technical topics for executive audiences. **Your life at Galp** * An energy company integrated in the energy sector where you can make a difference; * Challenging Projects; * Competitive salary and bonus; * Health insurance for you and your family; * Meal allowance; * Holidays, 25 days.
