Work locations depend on Petro Art Production’s active projects **all around Europe**. Any assignment, travel, and project location will be discussed and agreed with the company directors before deployment **Eligibility to Work** Applicants must hold valid EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship or other valid documentation that gives them the unrestricted right to live and work in Portugal and travel within the Schengen Area. This is required to support deployment to projects across Europe without work\-permit barriers **Employment Terms** This is a full\-time position. Successful candidates will begin with a three\-month probationary period, normally covering one project and including provided training The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, plus every second Saturday **Pay and Benefits** We offer an **attractive net monthly salary** together with a comprehensive employment package **Legal employment package** Paid annual leave and insurance in line with company legal employment arrangements **Meal support** Financial support for meals **Work equipment** Company\-provided work equipment **Accommodation** Accommodation for project assignments **Main Duties** * Support the day\-to\-day operations of the company and assist project teams with hands\-on operational tasks * Work closely with colleagues and other departments to help projects run efficiently * Help organise logistics, including receiving, distributing, and managing materials and equipment * Monitor stock and supply levels to ensure projects have the materials needed * Work in line with industry standards, company procedures, and quality requirements * Report any discrepancies, site issues, or operational problems to supervisors promptly * Follow all on\-site health and safety rules and help keep work areas clean, organised, and safe * Operate tools and machinery when required, following safety guidance and standard operating procedures * Assist with equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting to reduce downtime * Follow instructions from the Foreman and Project Manager * Take part in training and support the induction of new employees when required * Identify practical improvements and work with the team to resolve operational challenges * Carry out machine\-operator duties as required for assigned projects * Carry out spraying work as required for assigned projects * Carry out welding work as required for assigned projects * Undertake a multi\-faceted range of practical duties according to project needs and assigned responsibilities **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in operations, logistics, construction, theming, or a related field is an advantage * Previous experience in an operational, support, construction, theming, or related role is preferred * Strong organisational and multitasking abilities * Good communication and teamwork skills * Basic technical ability and confidence using industry\-related tools and equipment * Valid driving licence * Willingness to work on project sites across Europe and follow all health and safety procedures **Additional Advantages** * Valid licences or certificates to operate machinery or site equipment * Experience with painting work, including interior or exterior wall painting in houses or similar projects **Training and Development** **Training will be provided to all new employees**, including induction into company procedures, health and safety practices, operational tasks, and the requirements of the assigned project **Language Requirements** * English is essential for communication and coordination on international project sites * Knowledge of any additional language is an advantage **Documents Required** * A current CV * Relevant qualifications, training certificates, and machinery/equipment licences, where applicable * Valid right\-to\-work documentation for Portugal and travel within the Schengen Area, such as EU/EEA/Swiss identification or a valid visa, residence permit, or equivalent authorisation Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
