Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, and store materials, equipment, and products in designated warehouse areas; - Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels, performing replenishment as needed; - Prepare and distribute materials and consumables to various sections or teams according to operational requirements; - Record material inflows and outflows in stock management computer systems; - Assist in warehouse organization, ensuring proper arrangement, cleanliness, and product labeling; - Conduct periodic stocktaking and report discrepancies or stockouts; - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards in material storage and handling; - Collaborate with internal teams and support other logistics tasks as requested. Requirements - Previous experience in similar warehousing or stock management roles (preferred); - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; - Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly; - Autonomy and sense of responsibility; - Basic computer literacy (preferably warehouse management systems or ERP); - Adaptability and dynamism; - Minimum education level: 9th grade; - Knowledge and understanding of ISO 22000 standard acquired through professional experience or vocational training; - Vocational training in food hygiene and safety, HACCP, security, and HALAL; - Forklift operator certificate (preferred).
