Support for efficient delivery of business value Richemont is recruiting a Scrum Master to join the Client \& Market teams in Moscavide, under a hybrid work model and full-time employment. The role will focus on coaching two self-organizing development teams, promoting Agile best practices, removing impediments, and supporting efficient delivery of business value. Richemont is one of the world’s leading luxury groups, comprising several Maisons specializing in high-end jewelry, watchmaking, and accessories, with a strong commitment to quality, tradition, creativity, and innovation. **Job Reference:** JR130590 **Responsibilities:** Guide team members on Agile and Scrum values, principles, and best practices; Support teams in self-management and self-organization; Ensure adherence to team agreements, including Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and Working Agreements; Define, track, and communicate Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress; Identify improvement opportunities based on data and insights; Support the Product Owner and Tech Team Lead in release planning, scope definition, and timeline management; Ensure the product backlog is well-prepared, prioritized, and contains actionable items; Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives; Enhance transparency and communication among teams and stakeholders; Proactively identify and resolve impediments to ensure sprint goals are met; Participate in Scrum of Scrums to ensure cross-team collaboration and alignment; Support preparation for Quarterly Alignment Days; Work in a global environment with teams distributed across multiple countries and time zones. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Proven experience as a Scrum Master on large-scale global e-commerce projects; More than 3 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in software development environments; Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies; Familiarity with Agile techniques such as TDD, ATDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Agile Games; Proficiency with Agile tools; Basic knowledge of Release Management, including code branching and versioning; Strong ability to guide, motivate, and inspire development teams; Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams at all levels; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Experience in fast-paced, distributed environments with high expectations; Certified Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I) or equivalent; Fluency in English. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of XP or SAFe; Experience with Jira and Confluence; Technical background or prior experience as a Software Engineer; Experience as a Project Manager; Knowledge of French or other languages.
