Summary: This role supports internal sales by processing orders, generating quotations, and providing customer support, focusing on achieving team and company sales targets. Highlights: 1. Join a company focused on growth, integrity, and diversity **Job Purpose:** Supporting internal sales function by sales order processing and providing accurate quotations. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing * To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets * Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved * Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution * Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales * Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager * Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required Knowledge Skills and Experience * Strong attention to detail * Process driven results orientated * Customer focused * Excellent organization skills * Effective time management and prioritizing skills * Numerate * Excellent communication skills * Excellent customer relations skills * SAP R3 (preferable) * Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook **At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do:** Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
