Our values: * Trust and team spirit * Performance and innovation * Responsibility and commitment * Fairness and ethics in business ️ We are looking for a **Quality Engineer (m/w/d)** t to join our team in **Santo Tirso, Portugal** and support quality activities on the A320 program. ### **Your missions will be:** * Supporting quality activities within industrialization and operational quality * Contributing to quality product improvement initiatives * Participating in the **Transfer of Work** (ToW) of Work Packages * Supporting **Major Modifications** (Major Mods) on the A320 program * Applying standard quality methods and product knowledge * Contributing to **project management** and **APQP** activities * Working within a **Multifunctional Team** (MFT) to achieve quality objectives * Using quality and industrial data systems and tools in daily activities * Ensuring effective communication with team members and customers **Requirements** **About you:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrialization, quality, project management, or a related field * Minimum of **5 years’ experience** in industrialization or operational quality * Strong knowledge of standard quality processes and product requirements * Project management and **APQP** skills * Strong organizational skills * Ability to influence objectives within a Multifunctional Team (MFT) organization * Proficiency with **SAP** (AA\-PE1\) * Experience with **APQP** IT Tool (ADOC) * Knowledge of **internal servers** and **SharePoints** * Proficiency with **Google Workspace** and **Spreadsheet Tools** * Proficiency with **Microsoft Office** * Experience with **Netshares** specifics for the service * Experience with **MoveIT** * Fluent in **English** (mandatory) * **French** is a strong plus **Your personality:** * Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members and customers * Desire to contribute to quality product improvement * Responsible and quality\-oriented mindset * Well organized and methodical * Comfortable working in a Multifunctional Team (MFT) environment * Able to operate in an international and multicultural context **Benefits** * Professional development within an international engineering group * Hands\-on experience in industrialization and operational quality * Collaborative team environment * Career development opportunities
