Production Planning and Control Department \& Project Management \| CaetanoBus **What are the responsibilities of a PDP Project Manager?**
* Interlinking project management tasks with production planning and control activities;
* Defining project objectives, deadlines, and required resources;
* Developing detailed schedules and action plans aligned with project scope;
* Managing risks and proposing contingency plans;
* Facilitating and energizing project review meetings;
\- Ensuring alignment across departments \- via the project team \- through effective communication;
* Proposing technological improvements and process automation.

**What we value:*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Project Management, or related fields;
* Professional experience in industrial (or equivalent) sectors managing productive projects;
* Experience managing complex projects, from customer sale to final delivery;
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
* Data analysis capability and experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and JIRA;
* Versatility and mental agility;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
