Its time to burst the bubble, and we will do it together! **What You'll do:** * Define project/service objectives, scope, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic priorities. * Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones. * Manage and allocate human, financial, and technical resources efficiently. * Monitor project progress, ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines, budget, and quality standards. * Identify and resolve operational and technical issues throughout project execution. * Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and continuously monitor risk exposure. * Maintain clear and ongoing communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. * Facilitate collaboration between technical teams (IT, Engineering, DevOps) and business stakeholders. * Prepare status reports and project documentation to support decision\-making and governance. * Ensure proper tracking and documentation of project decisions, actions, and key activities. * Lead formal project closure activities, including validation of objectives and deliverables. * Conduct post\-project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement. * Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices. **Who You Are:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. * 6\+ years of experience in project and/or service management. * 4\+ years of experience in technology\-driven environments (IT, Engineering, Digital Platforms). * Experience working in international and/or highly regulated environments is a plus. * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile Scrum, and Kanban. * Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. * Hands\-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent. * Strong ability to analyze KPIs, delivery metrics, and performance indicators. * Experience in risk management and mitigation planning. * Proven track record coordinating complex technology projects, including integrations, APIs, digital platforms, or distributed systems. * Familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices is highly valued. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. * Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders. * Highly organized, with strong prioritization and time management skills. * Analytical mindset and structured problem\-solving approach. * Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, fast\-paced environments. * Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively. * Results\-oriented, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. **What you'll get:** * Wage according to candidate's professional experience; * Remote Work whenever possible; * Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions; * Benefits plan; * And others.
