You will play a key role in stakeholder coordination, financial execution monitoring, and supporting decision-making through structured reporting. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Ensure effective and efficient management of project scope, schedule, cost, and quality; * Develop and ensure adherence to project plans, including execution, communication, risk management, and respective mitigation actions; * Ensure project financial execution aligns with operational execution; * Manage relationships and foster clear, assertive communication with all stakeholders; * Produce project reporting and management information to support decision-making. **Your Key Competencies** * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in a results-oriented environment; * Strong critical analysis and problem-solving abilities; * Capability to manage priorities and engage with multiple stakeholders; * Commitment to quality, deadline adherence, and business objectives. **Your Key Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science; * Up to 10 years of experience managing medium-sized and complex projects involving scope, timelines, and/or budget; * Project Management certifications (mandatory); * Experience in defining, tracking, and controlling project plans; * Knowledge of project financial management and executive reporting; * English proficiency is mandatory; * Portuguese and Spanish are assets; **What We Offer:** **Stable Professional Career** Working on Axians projects positions you as a valuable asset to whom we aim to offer stability through a secure career path. **Career Progression Opportunities** You will have access to training programs and new certifications to further enhance your competencies.
