Does your will to succeed translate into tangible results? **Laboratory Operators (Weekends) – Azeitão** **Mission:** As a Laboratory Operator, your objective will be to perform laboratory functions in the factory operation, supporting production line operators in developing and validating quality control activities, thereby ensuring the manufacture of products that are safe from both food safety and quality perspectives. **Key Responsibilities:** You will report directly to the Laboratory Manager, and your main tasks will be as follows: * Line controls; * Physicochemical analyses such as Brix, carbonation, or pH; * Sensory analysis according to the sampling plan; * Preparation of reagents and calibration of measuring instruments; * Performance of microbiological analyses, whenever necessary; * Recording of validations performed in generated reports; * Interpretation and appropriate action based on analysis results; * Reporting of incidents occurring during your shift; * Receipt of laboratory materials; * Maintaining laboratory facilities, materials, machines, and tools in perfect working, conservation, and cleanliness condition; * Monitoring the stock of consumed laboratory materials and providing timely notice for replenishment. **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Chemistry; * Professional experience in this role or similar, ranging from 1 to 3 years; * Basic knowledge of food safety (e.g., HACCP, GMP); * Basic knowledge of microbiology (preferred); * Attention to detail and critical thinking; * Proficiency in Office and SAP; * Availability to work exclusively on weekends. **Key Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment; * Teamwork; * Results orientation; * Effective communication; * Flexibility.
