We are looking for a Facilities Technician to support the management of facilities across the Group’s various companies and brands, including headquarters, stores, and workshops.
We seek a practical, organized, and problem-solving-oriented individual capable of handling multiple requests, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring each issue is effectively resolved.
**Requirements**
Your challenge:
* Receive, organize, and track requests related to maintenance, breakdowns, construction works, and needs across various facilities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards;
* Identify the most suitable solutions and ensure follow-up on topics until resolution;
* Contact suppliers, request quotations, and renegotiate/compare budgets;
* Support the management of contracts related to maintenance, security, cleaning, energy, and other services;
* Monitor costs, invoices, budgets, and documentation within the area;
* Support new store and workshop opening projects by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams;
* Keep facility, equipment, contract, and intervention records up to date;
* Identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization;
* Provide support in scheduling and managing Group travel/mobility;
* Support the organization of internal events;
* Provide cross-functional administrative support to the Facilities area.
Our ideal candidate:
* Minimum education level: 12th grade;
* Experience in Facilities, maintenance, facility management, administrative support, or supplier coordination is valued;
* Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;
* Practical, autonomous, and problem-solving-oriented profile;
* Ability to handle multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously;
* Good communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with internal teams and suppliers;
* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;
* Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong follow-up capability;
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various Group locations.
