We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise in software engineering, cloud, DevSecOps, and AI architectures who contributes to digital transformation through the responsible, secure, and efficient adoption of agent-based and Large Language Model (LLM)-driven solutions. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and evolve AI agents to support various phases of the SDLC, including analysis, development, testing, documentation, code review, and operations. * Define LLM- and Agentic AI framework-based agent architectures. * Define metrics for adoption, productivity, and return on investment of implemented solutions. * Promote best practices for Generative AI usage across technical teams. * Produce documentation, guides, and training sessions to disseminate knowledge. * Monitor technological evolution in the Generative AI market and identify new application opportunities. * Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure effective and sustainable adoption of implemented solutions. * Ensure compliance of solutions with security, governance, and regulatory requirements. **Your Key Competencies** * Knowledge of software engineering, DevSecOps, and CI/CD platforms. * Experience with Cloud, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Experience in AI governance, security, and compliance. * Experience in technology adoption programs and digital transformation. * Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including architecture, prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and model evaluation. * Experience optimizing token consumption and controlling costs in Generative AI solutions. * Knowledge of autonomous and multi-agent development for SDLC support. * Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. * Knowledge of API, cloud platform, and DevOps tool integrations. * Experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalents. * Ability to communicate and disseminate knowledge effectively among technical and business teams. **Your Key Qualifications** * Proven professional experience in similar roles. * Experience in large-scale enterprise environments. * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science. * Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). * Fluency in English, both spoken and written. * Knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish is a plus. **What We Offer:** **Stable Professional Career** Working on Axians projects adds value for those we aim to offer stability through a secure career path. **Career Progression Opportunities** You will have access to training programs and new certifications to further enhance your skills.
