We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support talent acquisition and selection. **Responsibilities** * **Talent Acquisition:** Identify, attract, and manage the pipeline of highly qualified talent, with emphasis on strategic and specialized roles. * **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate closely with managers across various departments to ensure clear understanding of recruitment needs and alignment with organizational culture. * **Employer Branding:** Promote the company’s image as an employer of choice, attracting top professionals from the market. **Requirements** * Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within corporate or consulting environments. * Proficiency in **talent attraction strategies** and recruitment tools. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor market trends. * Results-oriented mindset. * Pro\-activity and autonomy in role management. **Experience Level** Junior Recruiter \- up to 2 years of experience **Compensation and Benefits:** * Junior Recruiter \- €1,200 \+ SA \+ Business Awards and current benefits Salary Range: €1,200.00 \- €1,350.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/voucher * Commercial discounts * Health insurance * Company mobile phone Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Lisbon
