FUNCTION: Support the sales team in managing and following up on customers and business opportunities. Contact potential B2B customers, presenting the company's services. Track leads and keep commercial information duly updated in the CRM. Prepare commercial proposals and provide support across various stages of the sales process. Ensure customer follow-up throughout the commercial cycle. Coordinate with different departments to guarantee excellent customer service. Provide administrative support for the sales team’s activities and operations. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction. Organized, proactive, and responsible profile. Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to learn and grow. Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively. Good user-level computer skills. Previous experience in administrative, commercial, or customer support roles will be valued. Fluency in Portuguese; knowledge of English and/or Spanish is considered an advantage.
