Role We are seeking a BDR – Business Development Representative to strengthen our sales team. This person will be responsible for generating and qualifying business opportunities, playing a key role in bridging Marketing and Sales. Key Responsibilities * Identify and contact potential customers (outbound and inbound) * Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team * Manage and update the CRM * Understand potential customers’ needs and present Insertpage Studio’s value proposition * Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams * Track prospecting metrics and objectives Requirements * Prior experience in commercial, sales, or prospecting roles (preferred) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Results-oriented mindset and goal-driven approach * Good organizational and time-management skills * Comfort with telephone and digital outreach * CRM knowledge (e.g., ClickUp – preferred) We Value * B2B sales experience * Proficiency with prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, among others) * Proactive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn * English (intermediate or advanced level) What We Offer * Base salary + attractive commissions * Initial and ongoing training * Real career progression opportunities * Collaborative, dynamic, and growth-oriented work environment If you’re looking for more than just a job—and want an opportunity to grow, learn, and make an impact—apply now.
