Come join us!** **Your mission will be…** As an OCM Trainee, you will support the people side of transformation by helping employees understand, adopt, and embrace changes introduced through SHERPA X initiatives. You will work closely with experienced Change Managers, Communication Managers, Training Leads, business representatives, and project teams across multiple countries and functions.
