Our 99\.600 employees operate across a network of 2\.600 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer, and more interconnected world. **Job Description** To strengthen our team, we are recruiting 2 Occupational Safety Technicians (TSST/CSO), one for day shift and another for night shift, to join a construction-site project in the Santarém area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision of work activities related to **Occupational Safety and Health on Construction Sites**; * Monitoring of activities and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) legal and regulatory requirements; * Support for **Construction Site Safety Coordination**; * Preparation of technical documentation supporting the safety area (procedures, reports, records); * Identification of hazards and implementation of preventive and corrective measures; * Promotion of safety best practices among on-site teams. **Qualifications** **Education and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering; * **Occupational Safety Technician Certification (Level IV)** – mandatory; * Minimum of **1 year of experience in OSH roles**, preferably in the construction sector. **Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of technical standards and regulations concerning Occupational Safety and Health; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); * Familiarity with construction project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD); * English language proficiency. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Communication skills; * Problem-solving ability; * Sense of responsibility and autonomy; * Teamwork capability and resilience. **Additional Information** * Joining a globally renowned company; * Participation in a significant, long-term technical project; * Opportunities for professional development; * Compensation and benefits commensurate with demonstrated experience.
