We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician to perform sample collections, manage samples and stock, and support quality management, acting with professionalism and empathy.

The Beatriz Godinho Saúde Group is currently expanding its team and seeks a Clinical Laboratory Technician for the areas of Maceira, Leiria, Parceiros, Gândara, and Batalha.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Collection of biological samples;
* Organization, packaging, and dispatch of samples to the Central Laboratory;
* Providing professional and empathetic in-person and telephone customer service;
* Managing and controlling stock;
* Supporting activities related to the Quality Management System, particularly under ISO 9001 and other applicable requirements;
* Adherence to technical and quality procedures;
* Performing administrative tasks inherent to the role and ensuring maintenance and organization of the workstation.
**Required Profile:**
* Higher education qualification in Clinical Analysis, Nursing, or equivalent field / Master’s degree in Clinical Analysis or related discipline;
* Valid registration with the respective Professional Order (where applicable);
* Driver’s license and personal vehicle;
* Flexible availability (Monday to Saturday – part-time);
* Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and professional rigor;
* Good communication skills, client-oriented approach, and ability to manage conflict situations;
* Professional experience in Clinical Analysis (preferred).
