Boost sales and embody the brand’s values Fixed-term contract (CDD) Weekly Working Hours: 30 hours 8135\-014 ALMANCIL, Portugal **Our store is recruiting a Multifunctional Sales Associate.** **Your in-store responsibilities within the team:** **\- Deliver a unique in-store experience to every customer:** * Greet each customer warmly * Accompany and retain customers throughout their in-store journey and pleasure purchases * Offer Maison du Monde services to our customers (Alma, Rhinov…) * Handle cash transactions in compliance with procedures **\- Style your store** * Participate in deliveries, restocking, and product and new theme placements to elevate our collections * Implement our merchandising plan to inspire our customers **\- Contribute to your store’s success** * Understand your store’s commercial KPIs and jointly execute action plans with managers and the team to achieve targets * Drive sales and conversion rate **\- Be a brand ambassador / Promote and embody the brand’s values** * Act as a brand ambassador and representative (e.g., know company initiatives and share them with customers) **Profile:** If you share our values of optimism, creativity, commitment, and proximity, join us!
