We are looking for a STORE MANAGER to join the ZIPPY store team at FREEPORT! Know your key responsibilities: \- Train, motivate, and support the personal and professional development of the team, ensuring a fun, collaborative, and results-oriented environment; \- Ensure excellent customer service and foster strong alignment with the "client lover" culture across the team; \- Analyze performance indicators and develop high-impact strategies to promote sales and results; \- Drive team and business performance; \- Adapt communication and visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer value proposition; \- Maintain a clean and organized store and ensure accurate stock and inventory management; Know our requirements: \- Minimum compulsory education level; higher education is valued; \- Prior experience in retail management roles; \- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; \- Strong customer-, team-, and results-orientation; \- Affinity with and identification with fashion retail, preferably children's retail; \- Analytical skills and knowledge of sales analysis and KPI management; \- Proficiency in MS Office.
