Inclusion and equal opportunity enable us to reach our full potential. **Job Description** **Your Contribution to Something Greater**: * Supervise and guide the team, conducting performance evaluations, assigning tasks, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment; * Integrate and train employees on departmental standards and their new roles, ensuring correct procedure usage through multicompetency matrices and process confirmations; * Plan and manage required resources (equipment, personnel) according to departmental needs (e.g., production planning, unloading/receiving) and ensure effective interface with production and other support departments; * Ensure implementation of Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities, foster a culture of idea sharing, and guarantee indicator analysis via PDCA cycles, proposing corrective actions to optimize performance; * Monitor line management indicators and logistics operational objectives, following up on structured communication processes and sustainably resolving problems; * Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Human Resources policies, including proper distribution and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Qualifications** **What Sets You Apart**: * **Experience**: + Professional experience in logistics, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing context.
