Inclusive work environment with equal opportunity policies The **Cascais Hospital**, managed by the Ribera Salud Group, is seeking a **Microsoft Systems Administrator N2 Support** professional with a solid technical background and motivation for professional growth to participate in the administration and support of Microsoft infrastructures in hospital environments. **Responsibilities** * Support and administration of Microsoft On\-Premise systems and Microsoft 365\. * Active Directory management: users, groups, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). * Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online management: mailboxes, licenses, and resolution of common incidents. * Azure access management, Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, Conditional Access, and multi\-factor authentication. * Support for Windows Server and associated services, including File Servers and Remote Desktop Services (RDS) for clinical applications. * Support and maintenance of Windows 10/11 workstations\. * Use of device management tools such as Microsoft Intune. * Participation in operational deployment and maintenance tasks using SCCM. * Basic functional support for SharePoint On\-Premise and Online. * Resolution of second\-level incidents with appropriate documentation. * Fluent communication in Spanish with N3 technical support teams\. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in Microsoft systems support and administration, preferably in structured corporate environments. * Technical knowledge of Microsoft On\-Premise technologies, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and related tools. * High level of spoken Spanish. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience, even limited, in healthcare, hospital, or critical environments. * Understanding of IT’s impact on clinical operations. * Experience with ticketing systems and structured support processes. * Basic knowledge of ITIL or process\-oriented work. * Technical English and Spanish. **Personal Competencies** * Motivation for technical learning and growth. * Sense of responsibility and service orientation. * Ability to follow procedures and best practices. * Teamwork and strong communication skills. * Proactive attitude and problem\-solving orientation.
