




Job Summary: Hipoges is seeking a Junior Help Desk Technical Support professional to resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents in Portugal and, occasionally, in other group countries, providing end-user support (Hardware and Software). Hipoges provides a broad range of asset management services, including: * Advisory services for portfolio valuation and acquisition processes * Process design and implementation of management tools * Development of servicing solutions for various asset types * Consulting department for portfolio acquisition and investment operations, delivered in partnership with clients. **Description** **1] BRIEF FUNCTION DESCRIPTION** Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents occurring in Portugal, and occasionally in other group countries. **2] RESPONSIBILITIES** * End-user technical support (Hardware and Software); * Installation and maintenance of workstations; * Maintenance and support of structured networks (switch, router…); * Maintenance and support of redundancy solutions (UPS); * Remote/telephone support to end-users. **Profile** **3] COMPETENCIES** * Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, AD DS; * Networking knowledge (TCP/IP); * Knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Office 365; * Knowledge of SIP protocols; * Smartphone fleet management; * Printer fleet management; * Experience with incident management tools such as Jira; * Good command of English; Spanish is a plus; * Strong communication skills and customer orientation; * Adaptability and teamwork capability; * Dynamism and proactivity. **4] QUALIFICATIONS** * Educational Qualifications: Minimum of 12th grade with a vocational course in technology-related fields; * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in similar roles.
