The detail is the difference. * **WE ARE ALL ENTREPRENEURS:** You spot the upsell, the birthday, the tired traveller who needs a table by the window, and you act on it. **What will you be doing?** Working alongside our Restaurant and Bar team, you will deliver warm, confident service across breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. * Welcoming, seating and looking after guests throughout their visit * Taking food and drink orders accurately and inputting them correctly on the till system * Knowing the menu properly, including ingredients, allergens and daily changes, and making genuine recommendations * Serving food and beverages to the standard set by the Restaurant Manager * Running a clean, well organised section, including set up, clear down and mise en place * Handling payments accurately and closing tables correctly * Supporting breakfast service, room service and events as required * Responding to guest requests and resolving small issues before they grow * Following all food safety, HACCP, hygiene and licensing standards * Working as one team with kitchen, bar and front desk colleagues **What do you need?** * Previous experience as a Waiter, Server, Empregado de Mesa or in a similar hospitality role, ideally in a hotel or quality restaurant * Warm, confident communication and a natural instinct for looking after people * The energy to stay calm, organised and friendly through a busy service * Good English, as you will serve international guests daily.
