If you are a team player and aspire to be part of the Pedro Lemos project, this is the ideal opportunity for you! **Responsibilities:** \- Support the organization and direction of front-of-house service, ensuring quality and adherence to standards \- Supervise the Waitstaff team, assigning tasks and ensuring operational efficiency \- Greet customers, escort them to their tables, and deliver a positive and distinctive experience \- Perform table mise-en-place and ensure comprehensive service throughout the meal \- Take customer orders, relay them to the kitchen, and provide expert menu recommendations \- Monitor customer experience, identify dissatisfaction, and report to the Restaurant Manager \- Execute the billing process and ensure daily sales closure in accordance with internal procedures \- Support team management, fostering a positive work environment \- Substitute the Restaurant Manager, waitstaff, and sommeliers in their duties whenever necessary **Profile:** \- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in intermediate leadership or highly responsible roles within high-end restaurants or 5-star hotels. \- Ability to support the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the team, serving as an example of excellence and contributing to the development and training of the front-of-house team. \- Genuine passion for hospitality and customer care, with exceptional attention to detail to ensure a memorable and exclusive experience at every moment. \- Solid knowledge of wines, other beverages, and the restaurant’s menu, with the ability to advise customers confidently and expertly. \- Experience supporting reservation management, dining room organization, and service coordination, ensuring seamless and flawless operations. \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both with the team (kitchen and front-of-house) and with customers—with the ability to proactively and discreetly manage and resolve situations. \- Strong organizational sense, strict adherence to front-of-house mise-en-place and high-quality service protocols. \- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
