Opportunity to interact with guests Art 4 You Suites is recruiting a Receptionist to join its Short-Term Rental team in the Lisbon area (Carcavelos/Cascais). We seek a dynamic, organized, and customer-oriented individual to ensure in-person and telephone guest reception, manage check-ins and check-outs, support reservations, and resolve guest requests during their stay, guaranteeing excellent service and a welcoming experience. Requirements and Preferences: Native Portuguese Minimum English level C1 (mandatory) Knowledge of other languages (Spanish, French, German) is an advantage Previous experience in reception, tourism, or short-term rental (preferred) Strong communication skills and empathy in guest service Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility in working hours (including weekends and holidays, when required) Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation platforms (e.g., Booking, Airbnb) are an advantage We Offer: Initial 6-month contract Base salary of €920 per month Meal allowance Possibility of transitioning to an indefinite-term contract, subject to mutual agreement Integration into a dynamic team in the tourism and hospitality sector If you enjoy interacting with guests and working in a dynamic and international environment, we would be delighted to meet you.
