Opportunity to work in various collaboration formats **Do you enjoy turning images into ideas?** We are looking for a **Video Editor \& Motion Designer** to collaborate with a growing creative agency and produce content for various brands and projects. We seek someone with a **creative eye, technical expertise, and attention to detail**, capable of taking raw material and transforming it into content with impact, rhythm, and identity. Your responsibilities will include: * Editing videos for social media, campaigns, and advertising; * Editing Reels, corporate videos, and content in various formats; * Creating **motion graphics, animations, titles, and visual graphics**; * Photo retouching and editing; * Color grading and creating distinct visual atmospheres; * Audio editing and processing; * Adapting content to different formats and platforms; * Working from briefs and visual references, while also contributing creative ideas; * Organizing and managing project files. What we’re looking for: * Proven experience in video editing and post\-production; * **Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects**; * Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom; * Knowledge of Illustrator is a plus; * Sensitivity to rhythm, composition, typography, color, and storytelling; * Ability to create visually appealing and contemporary content; * Attention to detail and commitment to final output quality; * Organization, autonomy, and adherence to deadlines; * Ability to interpret a visual identity and adapt it to the content; * Portfolio of completed work. **Motion Design and After Effects experience is especially valued.** We’re not just looking for someone who knows how to edit. **We’re looking for someone who can take an idea — or a folder full of videos and photos — and turn it into something that makes people stop scrolling.** What we offer: * Diverse projects and exposure to different brands and industries; * A creative environment with space to develop ideas; * Opportunity to work in various collaboration formats; * **Freelancer \| Part\-time \| Full\-time** * Potential for growth and integration into the team, depending on profile and availability.
