Our client **IBEROFLEETING** is an Iberian company specializing in fleet management, operating in the national market for over 10 years. As part of its sustained business growth and the reinforcement of the team dedicated to managing Novadis’s (Heineken Group) fleet, it seeks to hire a Fleet Manager specifically focused on heavy vehicles.
This role involves close and regular collaboration with Novadis’s internal fleet management contact, thus highly valuing excellent interpersonal skills, communication ability, and the capacity to handle demanding situations with balance, professionalism, and diplomacy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the lifecycle of heavy vehicles: preventive and corrective maintenance, periodic inspections, tires, and other related services;
* Monitor fleet KPIs (availability, costs, accident rates, fuel consumption) and regularly report to the client and Iberofleeting’s management;
* Manage relationships with suppliers and workshops, including reviewing/approving quotations, negotiating service timelines and conditions;
* Ensure compliance with applicable legislation for heavy vehicles (inspections, tachographs, licensing, where relevant);
* Manage claims processes and support during vehicle immobilization;
* Identify risks and propose process improvements to prevent conflicts and reduce friction points with the client, thereby enhancing service quality;
* Coordinate daily with Novadis’s (Heineken Group) Fleet Manager, ensuring prompt, accurate, and well-documented responses to requests and complaints.
**Ideal Profile:**
* Willingness to work 100% on-site at the client’s premises;
* Minimum educational qualification: completion of secondary education (12th grade);
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in fleet management, preferably with heavy vehicles (eliminatory criterion);
* Experience in service provision or outsourcing contexts (preferred criterion);
* Proficiency in fleet management tools and Excel for reporting purposes;
* Valid driver’s license (Category B; Category C is advantageous but not mandatory);
* High resilience and emotional balance when managing high-pressure situations;
* Clear and assertive communication grounded in respect, diplomacy, and collaboration;
* Ability to listen and understand diverse perspectives, promoting balanced solutions;
* Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail;
* Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and commitment to work quality;
* Strong customer orientation, founded on integrity and professional ethics.
Salary: €1,300.00 – €1,700.00 per month
