ROLE: Support the sales team in customer management and business opportunity development. Initiate contact with potential B2B clients to present the company's services. Follow up on leads and ensure accurate information registration in the CRM. Prepare commercial documentation and proposals, supporting the respective sales process. Ensure customer follow-up throughout all stages of the sales process. Collaborate with different departments to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction. Perform administrative tasks supporting the sales department. REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer interaction. Organized, proactive, and autonomous profile. Goal-oriented with a strong willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a team. Good user-level computer skills. Previous experience in administrative, commercial, or customer support roles is preferred. Fluent in Portuguese; knowledge of English and/or Spanish is an additional advantage.
