Join us and help run what runs the world. **This position reports to:** Robotics PMO Head \_\_ In this role, you will lead strategic information systems (IS) projects within ABB Robotics, with a primary focus on the backend ERP build\-up during our carve\-out phase. You will drive the execution of complex initiatives using both internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives, company procedures, quality standards, and financial and scheduling targets. Beyond the carve\-out, you will also lead global IS initiatives driven by evolving business needs. This is a global role with project budgets ranging from $100K to $3M annually, supporting a division generating over $3B in revenue and serving more than 6,000 end users. You will operate within a global virtual organization, collaborate across multicultural environments, and manage high\-impact, high\-risk projects involving multiple third\-party vendors. The work model for the role is hybrid. \#LI\-hybrid The position is global; the preferred locations are Poland, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Portugal, Italy. **Your responsibilities:** * Define project scope, budget, resources, timeline, work allocation, and risk management plans in close collaboration with key stakeholders. * Manage project financials, including budgeting and SteCo reporting, while proactively addressing changes impacting project delivery. * Lead and coordinate cross\-functional project teams, including external vendors and implementation partners, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. * Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and relationships and maintaining clear, consistent communication. * Monitor and control project execution, ensuring compliance with ABB methodologies, governance standards, and stage\-gate requirements. **Qualifications for the role:** * Minimum 8 years of global IS project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment * Proven expertise with S/4 HANA Public Cloud and related solutions (e.g., SAP MDG, Ariba, GTS) * Strong understanding of ERP systems, configuration, and end\-to\-end business processes * Demonstrated track record of delivering global IS projects with budgets up to or exceeding $3M * Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, Scrum Master, or equivalent * Fluent in English with strong communication skills, high attention to documentation quality, and a proactive, self\-driven mindset **What’s in it for you?** We empower you to take the lead, share bold ideas, and shape real outcomes.
