Opportunity for professional development **Multiskilled Electrician – Colombo Shopping Centre (Lisbon)** upK, a Maintenance Management company, is looking for **1 Multiskilled Electrician** to join a resident maintenance team at the **Colombo Shopping Centre** in Lisbon. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform general building maintenance tasks; * Carry out preventive maintenance interventions according to established plans; * Perform corrective maintenance actions on installations and equipment; * Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and faults in other technical specialties; * Propose technical improvements based on observations made during interventions; * Ensure the proper functioning of the shopping centre’s infrastructure and equipment. **Requirements:** * Experience in maintenance of commercial or industrial buildings; * Ability to analyze and diagnose faults; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and teamwork; * Availability to work on **rotating shifts**. **We Offer:** * Employment contract; * Integration into a solid and rapidly growing company; * Work equipment, tools, and uniform; * Continuous and certified training; * Opportunity for professional development. **Type of Position:** Full-time **Benefits:** * Meal Card/Ticket; * Health Insurance. **Work Location:** On-site – Colombo Shopping Centre, Lisbon.
