Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC lathe operator/programmer to ensure product quality, optimize processes, and contribute to continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for national and international growth **Role** * Operate and program CNC lathes, ensuring the quality of finished and semi-finished products. * Perform intermediate and final dimensional inspections. * Maintain and preserve Measurement and Monitoring Resources (MMR). * Ensure documentation complies with implemented quality processes. **Responsibilities** * Critically review processes to promote efficiency and simplification. * Identify risks and opportunities for improvement. * Support the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions. * Contribute to cost reduction and increased customer satisfaction. **Required Profile** * Technical/vocational training in machining and CNC programming, or minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Experience with FANUC controllers (preferred). * Solid knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and dimensional inspection. * Proficiency in end-user computing (MS Office). * Familiarity with quality standards. * Planning, organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills. * Proactive, dynamic, and responsible attitude. **What We Offer** * Integration into a company experiencing national and international growth. * Continuous on-the-job training delivered by certified entities (Cenfim, IEFP). * Birthday leave day.
