Opportunity to learn and grow in the fashion industry ### **M/F** **Location:** **Porto, Portugal** **CHALLENGE** As a Junior Handbag Prototype Technician, you will join our Head Office in Porto, working closely with the Design and Product Development teams in the Handbags category to contribute to the creation of new collections for all Parfois markets globally. Your main mission will be to support the product development process by creating handbag prototypes and samples based on sketches and technical specifications. You will play a key role in evaluating product feasibility, ensuring construction quality, functionality, aesthetics, and finishes according to brand standards. If you are passionate about leather goods, product construction, and fashion accessory development, this opportunity may be for you. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support the handbag prototyping and production team in fulfilling internal requests * Develop handbag prototypes and samples based on sketches and technical specifications * Identify and assist in resolving technical and quality issues during the development process * Adapt products according to technical guidelines, ensuring compliance with defined standards and measurements * Suggest improvements regarding product quality, functionality, and finishes * Collaborate closely with Design and Product Development teams during collection creation ### **PROFILE** * Technical education in fashion, garment production, leather goods, pattern making, or related fields is preferred * Prior experience in prototyping, sample development, or similar roles is preferred * Interest in fashion and accessories * Attention to detail and good manual dexterity * Proactivity and problem-solving ability * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Join\-us!
