Job Summary: We are seeking a talented graphic designer to develop mockups of technical T-shirts and custom back numbers for sporting events, applying our brand identity to the products. We seek a skilled graphic designer to establish a medium- to long-term partnership with our Portuguese company, specialized in developing technical sportswear and 100% custom back numbers for sporting events such as trail running and road races. Each event requires garments designed from scratch—not generic templates. The workload is recurring, with an estimated 8–12 projects annually and seasonally concentrated peaks. Tasks will primarily involve developing mockups of technical T\-shirts and back numbers for production. Our brand identity is already well-established, with an approved brand manual, logo, and application guidelines. The main focus will be applying our brand identity to products and creating production-ready and client-approval mockups. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, have relevant experience, and be able to deliver work within 3–5 business days—including two rounds of revision. We offer continuous work with clear briefings and a well-defined collaboration process. Payment is project-based, upon invoice.
