We work with households and businesses investing in efficiency solutions for savings, energy independence, and protection. We install solar panels, batteries, anti-blackout systems, heat pumps, and integrated energy solutions — turnkey, with our own methodology, dedicated support, and proprietary technical standards. We are an SME with annual revenue between €10 million and €15 million, and we are professionalizing all operational areas to scale and sustainably meet the growing demand for our services. The position we are opening today is part of this plan: strengthening our technical structure with a Senior Electrical Engineer capable of leading teams, ensuring technical excellence, and contributing to operational evolution. **Your Responsibilities** We seek an experienced professional with a hands-on profile, leadership ability, and strong results orientation. You will play a central role in the technical coordination of our projects and teams. ■ Registration and follow-up of MCP processes with DGEG ■ Conducting energy diagnostics, audits, and technical analyses ■ Technical validation of photovoltaic projects and ensuring regulatory compliance ■ Planning, coordinating, and supervising photovoltaic installations ■ Leading, mentoring, and developing field technical teams ■ Coordinating technical support and assisting in resolving complex incidents ■ Ensuring compliance with technical standards, applicable legislation, and internal procedures ■ Collaborating on continuous improvement of technical and operational processes ■ Supporting management in defining technical solutions and optimizing operations **Who We Are Looking For** We seek an experienced professional with strong technical capability, leadership spirit, and enthusiasm for fieldwork. ■ Higher education degree in Electrical Engineering ■ Practical, hands-on profile with strong field presence ■ Experience in the energy sector, preferably in solar energy and UPAC processes ■ Experience managing and coordinating technical teams ■ Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills ■ Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal relationship skills ■ Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability ■ Category B driving license **We Value** ■ Registration with the Order of Engineers or the Order of Technical Engineers ■ Experience in photovoltaic projects ■ Proficiency in technical software, notably AutoCAD, PVsyst, or equivalent ■ Knowledge of energy sector regulations and DGEG requirements **What We Are Not Looking For** To be transparent from the outset, this role is not suitable for: ■ Individuals seeking an office-only role with no field interaction ■ Those uncomfortable leading teams and assuming technical responsibility ■ Individuals who avoid making decisions or resolving operational problems ■ Those who disregard standards, safety, organization, or execution quality ■ Individuals who do not identify with a demanding culture focused on continuous improvement and technical excellence At SolarTécnica, we value responsibility, rigor, autonomy, teamwork, and execution capability.
