Job Summary: We are seeking a Power BI & Analytics Engineer to administer and develop Business Intelligence solutions, monitor the data ecosystem, and support business operations. Key Highlights: 1. Our management team ensures **empathetic and present leadership**, guaranteeing superior **technological engagement** and timely delivery of our clients’ projects and products. **Project:** We are looking for a **Power BI \& Analytics Engineer** to ensure the administration and evolution of the Business Intelligence platform, develop analytical solutions and business-support applications, and contribute to monitoring and ensuring the stability of the organization’s data ecosystem. The candidate must combine competencies in **Power BI Administration, BI development, SQL/SSAS, and troubleshooting**, working closely with technical teams and business units. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Power BI Administration \& Governance** * Administer and ensure the normal operation of the **Power BI** platform; * Manage workspaces, access rights, permissions, gateways, semantic models, and refresh processes; * Monitor platform usage, availability, performance, and failures; * Provide support and perform troubleshooting for reports, models, gateways, and data sources; * Implement best practices for organization, security, governance, and performance; * Support users and teams in using and evolving the Power BI ecosystem. **2\. BI Solution Development \& Business Applications** Participate in **internal organizational initiatives and projects**, contributing to the development and evolution of Business Intelligence solutions and applications supporting processes and requirements across various business areas. * Develop and evolve **reports, dashboards, data models, KPIs, and internal applications**; * Gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical solutions; * Develop features and enhance existing solutions; * Integrate, transform, and validate data from diverse sources; * Ensure solution quality, consistency, usability, and performance; * Perform testing, troubleshooting, publishing, and post-implementation support; * Collaborate directly with technical and business stakeholders. Cross-functional support across business areas, enabling analytical solutions developed in Power BI. **3\.
