About the Role
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting Orica’s operations by ensuring coordination of workshop maintenance activities for equipment used in our customers’ operations. You will be responsible for supporting execution of the maintenance strategy, contributing to asset reliability, operational availability, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
In this role, you will oversee preventive maintenance programs, monitor critical spare parts, and provide technical support in resolving equipment failures, thereby contributing to continuous improvement in equipment and operational performance. You will primarily work from our Aljustrel site, collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient and safe execution of maintenance plans.
We are seeking a professional with maintenance experience, foundational SAP knowledge, fluency in Portuguese, and basic English proficiency, who demonstrates a strong safety orientation, problem-solving ability, and commitment to operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
* Coordination of Mechanical Workshop Maintenance
* Asset management through the current maintenance strategy (maintenance records, maintenance plans, and associated work orders);
* Preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment;
* Execution of maintenance procedures;
* Fault Diagnosis
* Equipment Decontamination
* Equipment Repair and Testing
* Diagnose technical errors or issues and determine appropriate solutions;
* Produce timely and detailed service maintenance reports;
* Systematically assess potential opportunities for continuous improvement.
