Identify opportunities for continuous process optimization Zumub seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to join its Operations and Logistics team. This role's primary responsibility is to supervise daily operational activities, ensuring the efficiency of receiving, order picking, and dispatch processes, as well as supporting the team in achieving operational goals. FUNCTION Coordinate and supervise the operational team's daily activities; Ensure proper issuance and management of transport documents; Oversee goods receipt, verification, organization, and shipment; Monitor compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and established schedules; Support priority management and resolution of operational incidents; Promote a collaborative, stimulating, and results-oriented work environment; Identify opportunities for continuous optimization of operational processes; Perform other tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of operations. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of completed secondary education (12th grade); Basic computer literacy; Elementary English language skills; Prior experience in operational, logistics, warehouse, or related functions (preferred); Experience coordinating or leading teams (mandatory); Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities; Efficiency and high work capacity; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Proactivity, initiative, and strong leadership spirit.
