Responsibilities: \- Receive information regarding tasks to be performed and initiate Projects; \- Monitor and coordinate operational management teams to ensure proper execution of operational projects; \- Draft work instructions; \- Implement and participate in operational improvement initiatives; \- Ensure teams have all necessary materials to perform their work effectively and efficiently; \- Communicate with clients; \- Supervise the completion of templates related to company operations management and coordination with other departments. Profile: \- Bachelor's degree in fields relevant to the role; \- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations Supervision roles; \- Experience with quality tools for the Automotive Industry; \- Experience in Team Management; \- Advanced English proficiency; \- Knowledge of Metrology; \- Advanced user-level computer skills; \- Stress resistance, sense of responsibility, dynamism, and proactivity; \- Immediate availability.
