In line with this growth strategy, we aim to hire Telecommunications Technicians/Splicers, with the following responsibilities: \- Fiber optic splicing/connections; \- Optical testing; \- Knowledge of OTDR and optical measurements; \- Computer literacy; \- Knowledge of electricity; \- Knowledge of active equipment. What we seek: \- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; \- Professional training in Telecommunications; \- Solid knowledge of OTDR and PowerMeter fusion splicing equipment. Additionally: \- Strong interpersonal skills; \- Resilience and ability to work under tight and simultaneous deadlines; \- Critical thinking and willingness to contribute to problem-solving; \- Ability to work autonomously.
