We’re looking for an experienced **IAM Engineer** with strong expertise in identity and access management, security and modern authentication technologies. By joining Fyld, you’ll be part of a team where every member is challenged to innovate, collaborate and grow. ### **Your Profile:** * Degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity**, or a related field * Minimum of **3 years of professional experience** in Identity and Access Management, Identity Security or a similar role * Strong understanding of **IAM principles, identity lifecycle management and access governance** * Experience implementing and managing **Identity and Access Management solutions** * Strong knowledge of **Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID** * Experience with **authentication and authorization technologies**, including SSO, MFA and RBAC * Knowledge of protocols such as **SAML, OAuth 2\.0, OpenID Connect and LDAP** * Experience implementing and managing **user provisioning and deprovisioning processes** * Understanding of **Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML)** processes * Experience with **access reviews, privileged access and segregation of duties** * Knowledge of **Privileged Access Management (PAM)** concepts * Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications and services * Ability to troubleshoot authentication, authorization and identity\-related issues * Understanding of **identity security and Zero Trust principles** * Experience with scripting or automation using **PowerShell, Python or similar** * Good knowledge of security best practices and access control principles * Experience working with **Git and version control practices** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders * Fluency in **English** ### **Nice to Have:** * Experience with **Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD** * Experience with **Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk or similar IAM/PAM platforms** * Knowledge of **Microsoft Entra ID Governance** * Experience with **Conditional Access and identity protection** * Familiarity with **SCIM and automated identity provisioning** * Experience with **cloud IAM** in AWS, Azure or GCP * Knowledge of **SIEM and security monitoring integrations** * Relevant certifications such as **Microsoft, Okta, SailPoint or CyberArk certifications** ### **Our Values:** * Critical thinking and autonomy * Focus on meaningful solutions and real results * Respect, transparency, and continuous growth ### **What you'll find at Fyld:** * A collaborative team that values individual progress * Access to continuous training and certifications * A culture of proximity, respect, and recognition * Challenging, purpose\-driven projects where your expertise as an **IAM Engineer** has real impact **Want to be part of it?
