Join us on a project embodying informal luxury culture—one that, more than ever, prioritizes authenticity, connection to the local community, and environmental awareness. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We are seeking an Intern for our Finance team. **WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?** * In collaboration with the finance team: * Audit daily revenue movements, invoicing, discounts, internal consumption, and cash flows across all company points of sale. * Prepare reports and deposit funds into the bank; * Perform bank reconciliations; * Maintain customer current accounts (City Ledger); * Send invoices, receipts, account reconciliations, and collections; * Organize, classify, and record supplier invoices. * Analyze significant price variations; * Value and update technical specifications; * Value all extraordinary events without technical specifications; * Participate in budget analysis and collection for supplier selection; * Process and monitor purchase orders; * Periodically audit working capital at the hotel’s points of sale; * Assist in executing the monthly closing (monthly listings and summary reports, accruals and deferrals of costs, statistics); * Record rent payments from tenants of Bairro Alto Hotel spaces; * Support monthly inventories of various raw materials and utensils; * Substitute for the Steward/Procurement Officer in their absence. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field; * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); * Strong organizational skills and motivation; * Team player; * Eligible for the IEFP Internship + Talent program. **CONDITIONS** * IEFP Internship + Talent stipend; * Meals included; * Navegante transport pass; * 6-month internship.
