We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commissioning Supervisor to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising the commissioning phase of two new photovoltaic plants, as well as continuing supervision of the construction and commissioning of a hybridization project involving four photovoltaic plants and energy storage systems (batteries). This is a unique opportunity to lead cutting-edge projects and consolidate your career in a rapidly expanding sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise all activities related to **puesta en marcha** (commissioning) of photovoltaic projects. * Coordinate on-site work teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Perform **supervisión** of the construction and installation of photovoltaic components and battery systems. * Develop and implement detailed commissioning plans, including tests and verifications. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and technical specifications. * Resolve technical and operational issues arising during construction and commissioning phases. * Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and clients. * Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and test records. * Identify and implement improvements in commissioning processes. **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in **puesta en marcha** of photovoltaic projects. * Prior and solid experience in **supervisión** of commissioning and construction. * Native or advanced level of Portuguese (spoken and written). * Advanced level of Spanish or English (spoken and written). **Desirable Qualifications:** * Technical or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy, or related field. * In-depth knowledge of **photovoltaic** technologies and energy storage systems. * Experience with project management tools. * Leadership ability and strong results orientation. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to work on innovative, large-scale projects in the renewable energy sector. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Competitive remuneration package. * Professional development and career growth opportunities.
