Continuous training and a dynamic work environment Nobislux, a leading company in the civil construction sector headquartered in Lagos, is currently recruiting a **Site Manager (M/F)** to strengthen its teams. **Profile:** · Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); · Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Management roles within civil construction; · Strong knowledge of planning, team management, and cost control; · Proficiency in computer tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office or similar); · Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; · Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and results orientation; · Valid driver's license; · Willingness to travel; · Residence in the Algarve region (preferred). **Responsibilities:** · Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of execution for assigned construction projects; · Develop and monitor work plans, schedules, and budgets; · Supervise technical staff, foremen, and team leaders; · Ensure proper project execution, guaranteeing quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines; · Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors; · Monitor costs, prepare measurements, and control budget deviations; · Ensure compliance with legal safety and quality standards on site. **Conditions:** · Integration into a solid and growing company in the civil construction sector; · Stable employment contract; · Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience and qualifications; · Career progression opportunities; · Continuous training and a dynamic work environment.
